IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of that area formerly known as the Huiakama Domain, which area is described in the First Schedule hereto, and lying to the credit of the Huiakama Domain Board Account, a sum not exceeding fifty pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Patea Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

SECTION 47, Block X, Ngatimaru Survey District: Area, 6 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less.
