Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native Land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1937.

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area called Opawa Rangitoto No. 1 Block, containing 7,010 acres 1 rood 34 perches, and comprising the following parts: 9 acres 1 rood 20 perches, 3,011 acres 1 rood, 3 acres 1 rood 14 perches, 339 acres 2 roods, 12 acres, and 3,635 acres, situated in Blocks II and V, Tokaanu Survey District, and Blocks I and V, Waitahanui Survey District, as shown on plan 15782, red, in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1937.
