A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waimea Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1937.

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that as on and from the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Christchurch Drainage District ; and, with the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Rural Heathcote Subdistrict of the said district.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point at the corner of Port Hills Road and Wilsons Road South which is on the boundary of the Christchurch Drainage District; thence proceeding in a southerly direction across Port Hills Road and along the western side of Albert Terrace to Lot 1, D.P. 7566 ; thence in a southerly, westerly, and southerly direction along Lots
