ERRATUM.—In the Schedule of the notice dated 31st March, 1937, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 22 of 1st April, 1937, page 954, notifying lands in Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, and Southland Land Districts forfeited, read “S.T.S.D.P. 4” in lieu of “S.T.S.D.P. 5” under the heading of Southland Land District.
Additional Land taken for the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway, Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation (at approximately 8 m. 47 ch.).

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway, Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 13·4 perches.
Being Lot 44, D.P. 2012, and being part Section 42.
Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District (Porirua R.D.). (S.O. 2773.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84002 (sheet 1), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of April, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1937.
