IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 perches. Being portion of Lot 3, D.P. 10196, and being part Section 11. Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District (Porirua R.D.) (Johnsonville Town District). (S.O. 3186.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93717, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre. Being part Allotment 35, Kirikiriroa Parish.

Situated in Block X, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28748.)
