Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

P URSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

RANGITOTO-TUHUA 68E 1A Block: Area, 480 acres. Mapara Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of March, 1937.

Setting apart Tidal Land for disposal under Section 146 of the Harbours Act, 1923.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section one hundred and forty-six of the Harbours Act, 1923, and of the regulations made thereunder, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act hereinbefore mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangaroa County, containing approximately 145 acres, being Section 7, Block II, Kaeo Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.D. 7562 (one sheet), and deposited in the Head Office, Marine Department, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 9th day of April, 1937.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks I and V, Otanewainuku Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the No. 20 Matamata-Tauranga Main Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks I and V, Otanewainuku Survey District—viz., a deviation of the No. 20 Matamata-Tauranga Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto,

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the No. 20 Matamata-Tauranga Main Highway at the Wairoa River, being the north-eastern boundary of the Tarawhai Block, Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of 3 miles 44 chains, more or less, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Tarawhai Block aforesaid; Lot 1 on D.P. 6633, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; Lot 2 of Section 1, Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District; part Lot 2, D.P. 6633, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; another part Lot 2, D.P. 6633, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; part Lot 3, D.P. 6633, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; part Lot 3, D.P. 16766, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block, all in Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District: Lot 4, D.P. 6633, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; Lot 5, D.P. 6633, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; part Lot 6, D.P. 14088, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; all in Blocks I and V, Otanewainuku Survey District: Lot 7, D.P. 14088, being part Kaimai No. 1 Block; Lot 6, D.P. 6633, being parts Purakautahi and Kaimai No. 1 Blocks; part Lot 7, D.P. 16297, being parts Kaimai No. 1 and Purakautahi Blocks; part Lot 7, D.P. 6633, being parts Kaimai No. 1 and Purakautahi Blocks; all in Block V, Otanewainuku Survey District: and terminating at a point on the aforesaid No. 20 Matamata-Tauranga Main Highway at the Ngaumuwahine River, being the western boundary of the aforesaid part Lot 7, D.P. 6633; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95409, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of April, 1937.

Altering the Middle-line of a Road in Block III, Paekakariki Survey District—viz., Portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 65 of the eighth day of the same month, at page 1838, and deposited in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2502, defining the middle-line of a road in Block III, Paekakariki Survey District—viz., portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road, as affects the portion between 9 miles 40 chains and 9 miles 72 chains as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 93732 referred to in the said Schedule, and in lieu thereof do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road commencing at the said point marked 9 miles 40 chains shall be as defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Subdivision 2A 2, Paekakariki Block, Block III, Paekakariki Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 56·5 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Subdivision 2A 2, Paekakariki Block, Lot 2, D.P. 2184, and parts Subdivisions 1D, 1C, and 1B, Paekakariki Block, Block III, Paekakariki
