NOTICE is hereby given that the directors having filed pursuant to section 226 of the Companies Act, 1933, a declaration of solvency for the purposes of a members’ voluntary winding up by an entry in the minute-book of the above-named company made by virtue of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, in lieu of a special resolution, and dated the 31st day of March, 1937, the following resolution was passed as a special resolution:—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. SAMUEL LEAH, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator thereof.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed by the members of New Zealand Brokerage Corporation, Limited, on the 3rd day of April, 1937:—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. STANLEY MATHIESON, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

THE GUARDIAN, TRUST, AND EXECUTORS COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED.
I, RICHARD FROUDE WARD, Manager of the Guardian, Trust, and Executors Company of New Zealand, Limited, do solemnly and sincerely declare:—
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £100,000, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
- That the number of shares issued is 20,000.
- That calls to the amount of five pounds (£5) per share have been made, under which the sum of £100,000 has been received.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates on the 1st day of January last is £14,295,759 15s. 7d.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates on that day is £14,269,253 11s. 9d.
- That the amount of the balances due to estates under administration on that day is £26,506 3s. 10d.
- That the liabilities of the company as on the 1st day of January last were £329 14s. 3d.
- That the assets of the company on that day were £117,770 8s.
- That the first annual license was issued on the 10th day of March, 1911.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between LEOPOLD EDGAR JOHN DE ERNEST and JOHN RICHARD CAMERON, carrying on business as Carpainters at Napier under the style or firm of “Frank Walker and Co.,” has been dissolved as from the 11th day of March, 1937, and the said business will hereafter be carried on by the said Leopold Edgar John de Ernest.
