Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that application has been received for a license to install a petrol pump at a garage on the Great South Road, Takanini.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 22nd April, 1937.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from F. E. Gilligan, Carrier, Mossburn, to install two petrol pumps on his property facing the Te Anau β Lumsden Road. It is intended at the same time to discard a pump installed on the same property but facing the Kingston Road.

Unclaimed Lands.βNotice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.
TO the owner of that parcel of land containing 2 roods, more or less, situated in the Land District of Canterbury and Dominion of New Zealand, being Lots 26 and 27 on Deposited Plan No. 275 (Canterbury Registry), and part R.S. 3354, Christchurch District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 48, folio 65 (Canterbury Registry), the registered proprietor of which is Alexander Frost Douglas, of Wellington, Clerk: Whereas after due enquiry the owner of the above-described land cannot be found; And whereas the said owner has no known agent in New Zealand: Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls on such owner within six months from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if such owner fails or neglects so to do the Public Trustee will exercise with regard to the said land the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
