SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, being an extension of Laing Street, and containing by admeasurement 5·89 perches, more or less, being part Section 19, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94675, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting the Management of the Metal-landings in the Northern Wairoa River, Kaipara Harbour, in the Hobson County Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of March, 1937.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and eighty-six of the Harbours Act, 1923 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General in Council may vest the management of any wharf, the property of His Majesty the King, in any local authority upon such terms and conditions as the Governor-General in Council thinks fit :
And whereas by Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of the same month, at page 3731, the management of certain wharves was vested in the Hobson County Council (hereinafter called “the Council,” in which term is to be construed, unless the context requires a different construction, its successors or assigns) :
And whereas it is thought desirable to vest in the Council the management of the metal-landings in the Northern Wairoa River, Kaipara Harbour, erected in accordance with the plans marked M.D. 5434 and 5608, approved on the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, respectively, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, on the terms and conditions set forth in the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby vest the management of the metal-landings in the Council, subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule to the Order in Council of the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Declaring Motuhinahina Island, in the Te Whanga Lagoon, Chatham Islands, to be a Sanctuary under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by section six of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land situated in the Te Whanga Lagoon, Chatham Islands, and known as Motuhinahina Island.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 5th day of April, 1937.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
