A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mahurangi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Piako Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 67, Maramarua Parish, being part Lot 2, D.P. 18010, and Crown land, Block II, Piako Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28688.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94996, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of March, 1937.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of March, 1937.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and ninety of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Wellington City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, between Palliser Road and Shannon Street, and comprising the following areas:-

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Cook Street, in the Town District of Howick, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 45 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of March, 1937.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Howick Town Board to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty-five feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the said street within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
