Precise time of marking out privilege applied for: 12.30 p.m., 8/2/37.
Date and number of miner’s right: 8/2/37; No. 68584.
Address for service: Care of Messrs. Bodkin and Sunderland, Solicitors, Alexandra.

SCHEDULE.
Locality of the race, and of its starting and terminal points; also description of land traversed—e.g., unalienated Crown land, private land, or otherwise: Commencing at a spring on the terrace overlooking the Lauder-Matakauti Road in the private lands of the applicant in Block IV, Lauder Survey District, and running in an easterly direction along the terrace fronting the Lauder Railway-station into its junction with the water-right granted from another spring on the said terrace and applied for on this date.
Length and intended course of race: 100 yd.
Points of intake: One.
Estimated time and cost of construction: To be constructed of pipes; £30.
Number of heads to be diverted: ¼th of a head.
Purpose for which water is to be used: Irrigation and domestic.
Proposed term of license: Twenty-one years.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of MIDLANE BROTHERS (N.Z.), LIMITED, duly convened and held on the 8th day of March, 1937, the following special resolution was duly passed:—
“That the business of the company having been taken over by Carpets and Textiles (N.Z.), Limited, the company be wound up voluntarily, and that J. L. ARCUS, Esquire, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

CHANGE OF NAME.
I THE undersigned ROBERT BRADLEY, formerly known as CECIL AARON CARPENTER, of Gisborne, Clerk, do hereby give notice that by a deed-poll bearing even date herewith and intended to be forthwith enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Gisborne I have assumed and adopted my said christian name of “Robert” to be my christian name in lieu of my previous christian names of “Cecil Aaron,” and my said surname of “Bradley” to be my surname in lieu of my previous family surname of “Carpenter,” and I shall henceforth use the christian name “Robert” and the surname “Bradley” in lieu of the christian names “Cecil Aaron” and surname “Carpenter” respectively.
