SELF RIDGES NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
IN consequence of the incorporation in New Zealand of Selfridges (N.Z.), Limited, a public company which recently went to allotment and has commenced business, the shareholders of a small private company appearing on the Companies Register under the name of Selfridges New Zealand, Limited, have, by arrangement with the new company, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up. The steps being taken are merely formal for the purpose of removing the name of the private company from the Register and substituting the name of the larger organization which has been formed.
The resolution is dated 9th March, 1937.
