Transmitting and Receiving Officers for the Service of Notices by Telegraph.

I N pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), and by the regulations made on the 12th May, 1914, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 21st May, 1914, the following officers, at the addresses set against their names, are hereby appointed Transmitting and Receiving Officers for the purpose of dealing with all notices by telegraph sent under the said Act or regulations, and of signing such certificates in relation to the service of any such notices as are required or authorized to be signed or given under the said Act or the regulations aforesaid :—

Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received for a license to install one petrol pump at Methven.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who desires to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 25th March, 1937.

Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that applications for licenses to retail petrol in Christchurch and nearby districts have been received for (a) the installation of one pump at (1) Waddington, (2) a store at Waikuku Beach, (3) tea-rooms at Sumner, (4) inside a garage in Tuam Street near Antigua Street, (5) inside a garage in Tuam Street near Colombo Street; (b) the erection of a petrol station at Woodend; (c) the closing down of three pumps in Tuam Street and the re-erection of one of these inside an adjacent garage.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 1st April, 1937.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received for a license to retail petrol from a new station at the corner of Roberts Street and Cameron Road, Tauranga.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must make such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 25th March, 1937.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received for a license to install four petrol pumps (one of which has already been installed) at a garage in Hokitika.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 25th March, 1937.

Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that the following applications have been received for licenses to resell petrol: (a) A pump to be installed in a garage in Dee Street, Invercargill; (b) a pump at Tussock Creek, near Invercargill; (c) a service station to be erected on a site situated in Esk Street, between Deveron and Kelvin Streets, Invercargill.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must make such representations in writing to the undersigned before the 25th March, 1937.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received for a license to commence petrol reselling operations at Wyndham.
Any person who considers that he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must make such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to the 25th March, 1937.

Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that applications for licenses to retail petrol have been received from Dunedin and Balclutha for (a) the transfer of one pump from a garage in Anderson’s Bay Road to, and the erection of a new station of five pumps at, the intersection of St. Andrew and King Streets; (b) the transfer of three pumps from a garage in Maclaggan Street to a new garage in Princes Street; (c) the transfer of a station from the corner of Hanover and Cumberland Streets to a site on the corner of St. Andrew and Cumberland Streets; (d) the erection of a new station at the corner of Maclaggan and Clark Streets; (e) the erection of a new station in Cumberland Street between Gordon and Wolseley Streets; (f) the installation of a pump at a stock and station agent’s premises in Balclutha.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 1st April, 1937.
