Notice to Persons affected by Application for License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that applications for licenses to retail petrol have been received for (a) the closing down of four pumps in Vine Street and one pump in Albert Street, and the transfer of four of the above to a new site on the corner of Walton and Albert Streets, Whangarei; (b) the installation of one pump at a garage in James Street, Whangarei; (c) the installation of four pumps at premises to be erected on the corner of Vine and Walton Streets, Whangarei; (d) the installation of one pump on the main highway at Oakleigh.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 18th March, 1937.

LEONARD GRAY TUCK, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Dunedin Sports Club, Incorporated, is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
