PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Cemeteries Amendment Act, 1912, I, Peter Fraser, Minister of Health of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a trustee of the Fraser Family Private Burial-ground, in place of James Campion, deceased.
