IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waikato County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section four hundred and thirty-two of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part XVI of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

All that piece of land situate in Blocks V and IX, East Cape, and Block XII, Matakaoa Survey Districts, containing 306 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being all of the land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 21st day of October, 1918, excepting thereout an area of 10 acres taken for a worker's dwelling by Proclamation dated the 14th day of July, 1927 (New Zealand Gazette No. 51, 21st July, 1927, at page 2468).
