of land containing 15 acres, more or less, being Lots 5, 6, and
7, Block II, Township of South Lumsden, being part of Section
241, Hokonui District, and being part of the land comprised

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
Wellington City Sanitation Loan Repayment Loan, 1937.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loan Act, 1926, and
its amendments, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves
as follows :
"That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of twenty-nine thousand four hundred pounds
(£29,400) to be known as the Wellington City Sanitation Loan
Repayment Loan, 1937, authorized to be raised by the Wel-
lington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of repaying the Wellington City Sanitation Loan 1907
Repayment Loan, 1932, which matures on the 28th day of
February, 1937, the said Wellington City Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of thirty eight-hundredths of
a penny (8^d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on
the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property
within the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st
day of April in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years from the 28th
day of February, 1937, or until the loan is fully paid off."

The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Wellington City Council held on 19th day of February, 1937.
