RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES.
Worker's Dwelling Loan, 1936.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Raglan County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
“That, for the purpose of providing the half-yearly instalments of principal and interest and other charges on a loan of £1,375 authorized to be raised by the Raglan County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing a section and erecting thereon a dwellinghouse for the use of the County Clerk, the said Raglan County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·0106d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Raglan; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

“That, for the purpose of providing the half-yearly instalments of principal and interest and other charges on a loan of £10,000 authorized to be raised by the Raglan County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the eradication of ragwort, the said Raglan County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·1824d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Raglan; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
Carried at a special meeting of the Raglan County Council held on the 10th day of February, 1937.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between ROBERT CAMPBELL BEGG and BRUCE CLARKSON RENNIE, practising as Surgeons at Kelvin Chambers, Wellington, under the style or firm of “Campbell Begg and Bruce Rennie,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 16th day of January, 1937.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.
I, ROBERT VIVIAN STORER, M.R.C.S. (Eng.), L.R.C.P. (Lond.), 1923, now residing in Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 4th March next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Auckland.
