In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,

Wellington District
(Napier Registry).
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of T. W. McKAY, LIMITED, a company duly
incorporated under the Companies Act, 1933, and having
its registered office at 18 Dickens Street, Napier.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court
was on the 4th day of February, 1937, presented to the said
Court by the above-named company acting by John
McLennan, of Napier, liquidator thereof, and by George
Galloway Chisholm, Official Assignee at Napier; and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Napier on the 24th day of February, 1937, at
10 o’clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a
copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or
contributory of the said company requiring the same by the
undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.

NOTE.—Any person who intends to appear on the hearing
of the said petition must serve on or send by post to the

the person, or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of
the firm and an address for service within three miles of the
office of the Supreme Court at Napier, and must be signed by
the person or firm or his or their solicitor (if any), and must
be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient
time to reach the above-named petitioners’ address for
service not later than 4 o’clock in afternoon of the 23rd day
of February, 1937.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company duly convened
and held on the 28th day of January, 1937, the following
resolution was duly passed:—
“‘That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
Mr. DENYS HOARE, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be
and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.’”

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the
above company (in liquidation) will be held at the
office of Mr. T. N. Holmden, Solicitor, Lister Building,
Victoria Street East, Auckland, on Friday, the 5th day of
March, 1937, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose
of laying before it the liquidator’s account of the winding up
and giving any explanation thereof in pursuance of section 232
of the Companies Act, 1933.

FROSTS LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that Frosts Limited, a company
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered
office in the City of Wellington, passed the following resolu-
tion for voluntary winding up on the 27th day of
January, 1937:—
“‘It is resolved that Frosts Limited be wound up
voluntarily, and that Mr. F. H. BASS, of Wellington, Public
Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.’”
The winding up is “‘a members’ voluntary winding up’”
within the meaning of section 226 of the above Act.
The assets (including the goodwill) of the company have
been taken over by Mr. C. F. Cooper, a former director of the
company, who will continue the business or practice of
dentistry formerly carried on by the company at Hotel St.
George Building, Wellington, at the same premises.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCK VI, HAUTAPU
SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR A GRAVEL-PIT.
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public
Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangitikei County
Council proposes under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Acts to take land for a gravel-pit, and for the
purposes of such gravel-pit the lands described in the
Schedule hereto are required to be taken: And notice is
hereby further given that a plan of the lands required to be
taken is deposited at the public office of the Clerk to the
said Council situate at the corner of High Street and William
Street, Marton, and at the office of the said Council situate
at the corner of Hautapu Street and Kotare Street, Taihape,
and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons
during ordinary office hours: All persons affected by the
taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections
to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in
writing and send the same within forty days from the first
publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council
Chambers at Marton.

Situated in Block VI, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei
County. Shown on plan marked 3178, and coloured yellow
thereon.
The above-mentioned land is situated in the Wellington
Land Registration District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above-mentioned
and deposited in the offices of the Rangitikei County Council
at Marton and Taihape as aforesaid.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of DURO-FILM PRODUCTS (N.Z.), LIMITED (in
Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the above company, by an
extraordinary resolution, passed at an extraordinary
general meeting duly convened and held on the 28th day of
January, 1937, resolved that it proceed into voluntary
liquidation.
At the same meeting THOMAS KINLEY HENDERSON, Public
Accountant, of Wellington, was appointed liquidator for the
purpose of such winding up.
