LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a provisional certificate of title in the name of BYRON
PAUL BROWN, a Retired Merchant, JOSEPH McHALICK,
a Land-agent, and HORACE VICTOR McHALICK, a Land-
agent, all of Wellington, as tenants in common in the respec-
tive shares of one-half, one-quarter, and one-quarter for all
that parcel of land containing 29·84 perches, more or less,
being part of Section 1, Harbour District, being also Lot 28
on Deposited Plan Number 422, and being the whole of the
land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Vol. 420,
folio 13 (Wellington Registry), and evidence having been
lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of
title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional
certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.
