A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Rangaunu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Rangitaiki Upper Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
2 roods 17·7 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 13189, being part Allotment 91, Rangitaiki Parish.

Situated in Block IV, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28706.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94502, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1937.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 23·25 Lot 3, D.P. 5669, and being part Section 38, Manaiā Block; coloured red.
0 0 17·23 Lot 6, D.P. 2412, and being part Section 26, Manaiā Block; coloured blue.

Situated in Block V, Otahoua Survey District. (S.O. 3169.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94242, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1937.
