ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 6 of the 28th January, 1937, at page 265, in the heading to the Order in Council cancelling the reservation over a reserve in Woodland Survey District, Southland Land District, for “Southland Land District” read “Otago Land District.”


Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District, Mount Roskill Road District (Eden County).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 8·7 perches.

Being portion of Lot 3, D.P. 11417, being part Allotment 8, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 7 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 11417, being part Allotment 8, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured green.

All situated in Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28743.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94464, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1937.

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
2 2 38·2 Taupo Road Rural Sections 15, 16, and 17; coloured green.

Situated in Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1137 green.)

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94656, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1937.
