Certain Classes of Persons to be partially exempt from the General Unemployment Levy.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1936.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection three of section nine of the Unemployment Amendment Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council made under the said Act on the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-sixth day of the same month, at page 2250, by deleting the words "and during the whole of the month immediately preceding the due date thereof has been" wheresoever the same appear in the paragraphs marked respectively (a), (b), and (d) of the clause numbered one of the Schedule to the said Order in Council, and doth hereby declare that this amendment shall come into force on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Okarito Survey District, Westland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1936.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for the uses of the Colonial Government over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 17, Block XI, Okarito Survey District: Area, 1 rood 20 perches, more or less.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Waimarama Township Extension No. 1, Hawke's Bay Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1936.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a post-office and school-site;
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a post-office and school-site to a reserve for recreation purposes.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
PART Waimarama 3A No. 5 Section 2B, being Lot 50, D.P. 3427, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, H.B., Volume 78, folio 7: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 27 perches.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a volunteer practice ground:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for plantation purposes.
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a volunteer practice ground to a reserve for plantation purposes.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 270, Block XVI, Rangiora Survey District: Area, 149 acres 1 rood 12 perches.

Declaring Portion of a Road in Block XII, Town of Waikouaiti, to be Government Road.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1936.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the portion of road declared t. be Government road: 16Β·97 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 9A, part Section 10, and Section 11.
Situated in Block XII, Town of Waikouaiti. (S.O. W 200.) In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90574, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
