A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of
road in Otanewainuku Survey District described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 6 acres 2 roods
11 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 6 and 13.
Situated in Block VI, Otanewainuku Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27740.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90816,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
January, 1936.

Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Moeraki Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All situated in the Moeraki Survey District (Otago R.D.).

of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in
the Borough of Napier described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described
in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
street: 3 acres 1 rood 3.4 perches.
Being portion of parts Lot 3, D.P. 6187, being part Te Whare-O-
Maraenui Block; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
STREET CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 3 acres
2 roods 24.4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through parts Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 6187,
being parts Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block; coloured green.
All situated in the Borough of Napier. (S.O. 1115, green.)
All in the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
90429, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
