Selwyn Ashley Cooper to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation)
and is posted to the 2nd Cadet Battalion. Dated 9th

THE WELLINGTON WEST COAST REGIMENT.
Winstone Gordon Bassett (late Lieutenant, Wellington West
Coast Regiment) to be Lieutenant, with seniority from
2nd November, 1935, and is posted to the 1st Battalion.
Dated 23rd November, 1936.

THE HAWKE’S BAY REGIMENT.
Captain J. W. Bird, 3rd Cadet Battalion, to be Major. Dated
24th November, 1936.

The undermentioned to be 2nd Lieutenants and are posted
to the 1st Battalion. Dated 1st September, 1936 :—

THE NELSON, MARLBOROUGH, AND WEST COAST REGIMENT.

N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Major W. H. Bull, M.B., ceases to be posted to the 2nd Field
Ambulance and is attached to the 1st Battalion, The
Wellington Regiment. Dated 17th November, 1936.
Major W. F. Shirer, M.B., ceases to be attached to the 1st
Battalion, The Wellington Regiment, and is attached to
the 2nd Field Ambulance for training. Dated 17th Novem-
ber, 1936.
Captain W. J. Hope-Robertson, M.B., ceases to be posted to
the 2nd Field Ambulance, and is attached to the 17th
Medium Battery, N.Z.A. Dated 17th November, 1936.
Captain E. C. Brewis, M.B., ceases to be posted to the 1st
Field Ambulance and is attached to the 2nd Medium
Battery, N.Z.A. Dated 23rd November, 1936.

N.Z. CHAPLAINS DEPARTMENT.
The Reverend F. S. Bartley, E.D., M.A., Chaplain, 2nd Class
(Roman Catholic), is transferred to the Reserve List,
Class II, R.D. 10. Dated 23rd November, 1936.
The Reverend F. L. Frost, Chaplain, 3rd Class (Church of
England), to be Chaplain, 2nd Class. Dated 23rd October,
1936.
The Reverend J. Bailey, Chaplain, 4th Class (Methodist),
is transferred from R.D. 7 to R.D. 9. Dated 31st October,
1936.
The Reverend Joseph Sands to be Chaplain, 4th Class (Con-
gregational), R.D. 11. Dated 23rd November, 1936.

RESERVE OF OFFICERS.
The Hawke’s Bay Regiment.
Lieutenant S. E. Beattie is posted to the Retired List with
the rank of Captain and with permission to wear the pre-
scribed uniform. Dated 18th November, 1936.

Zealand Division of the Royal Navy :—

to H.M.S. “Achilles,” additional, to date 26th November,
1936, and to H.M.S. “Achilles,” vice Harvey, from date
of joining.

Reginald Arthur Anderson

to be a member of the Pukeatua Rabbit Board established
by the said Act, vice Sidney Claude Houston, resigned.
