Ambulance and is attached to the 1st Battalion, The

Major W. F. Shirer, M.B., ceases to be attached to the 1st
Battalion, The Wellington Regiment, and is attached to
the 2nd Field Ambulance for training. Dated 17th Novem-
ber, 1936.
Captain W. J. Hope-Robertson, M.B., ceases to be posted to
the 2nd Field Ambulance, and is attached to the 17th
Medium Battery, N.Z.A. Dated 17th November, 1936.
Captain E. C. Brewis, M.B., ceases to be posted to the 1st
Field Ambulance and is attached to the 2nd Medium
Battery, N.Z.A. Dated 23rd November, 1936.
N.Z. CHAPLAINS DEPARTMENT.
The Reverend F. S. Bartley, E.D., M.A., Chaplain, 2nd Class
(Roman Catholic), is transferred to the Reserve List,
Class II, R.D. 10. Dated 23rd November, 1936.
The Reverend F. L. Frost, Chaplain, 3rd Class (Church of
England), to be Chaplain, 2nd Class. Dated 23rd October,
1936.
The Reverend J. Bailey, Chaplain, 4th Class (Methodist),
is transferred from R.D. 7 to R.D. 9. Dated 31st October,
1936.
The Reverend Joseph Sands to be Chaplain, 4th Class (Con-
gregational), R.D. 11. Dated 23rd November, 1936.

Lieutenant S. E. Beattie is posted to the Retired List with
the rank of Captain and with permission to wear the pre-
