SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden, known as Mont Le Grand Road, fronting part Allotment 105, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93995, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Stoke Street, and the Northern Side of Portion of Barrett Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of December, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :
“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply—
“ (a) To that portion of the southern side of Stoke Street to which Lot 1 of part Sections 504 and 530, New Plymouth, has frontage ; nor
“ (b) To that portion of the northern side of Barrett Street to which Lot 2 of part Sections 504 and 530, New Plymouth, has frontage ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Stoke Street, or the northern side of the portion of Barret Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Stoke Street, fronting part Section 504, Town of New Plymouth.
Also the northern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Barrett Street, fronting Section 530, Town of New Plymouth.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94188, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of portion of Campbells Road in Section 16, Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side generally of the portions of Campbells Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of street.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Arawa Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
