In VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

Pursuant to section 222 of the Companies Act, 1933,
notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above company held at Whangarei on the
25th day of November, 1936, the following extraordinary
resolutions were passed, viz.:-
(a) "That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up."
(b) "And accordingly that the company be wound up
voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1933,
and that WALTER THOMAS SURMAN, of Whangarei, Public
Accountant, be hereby nominated liquidator for the purposes
of such winding up."

we, the undersigned, Norman Howard Moore, of Mount
Albert, near Auckland, in New Zealand, Grocer, and Martin
Alexander Scott, of Auckland aforesaid, Company-manager,
do hereby certify as follows :

1. That the firm of "Moore Stores and Company" is con-
   ducted by us under a special partnership between us.
2. That the general partner is Norman Howard Moore, of
   19 Lloyd Avenue West, Mount Albert, near Auckland, and
   the special partner is Martin Alexander Scott, of 19 Seaview
   Road, Remuera, near Auckland.
3. The capital of the partnership is six hundred pounds
   (£600) all contributed by the special partner.
4. The business conducted by the partnership is that of
   grocers and universal providers.
5. The principal place of business of the partnership is at
   764 New North Road, Mount Albert, near Auckland.
6. The partnership shall continue for a period of seven
