IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
N OTICE is hereby given that a resolution for voluntary winding up was passed on the 19th day of November, 1936, and that a meeting of creditors of the said company will be held pursuant to section 234 of the Companies Act, 1933, at H.B. Buildings, Esk Street, Invercargill, on Friday, the 27th day of November, 1936, at 2.15 o'clock in the afternoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection. That the company be wound up voluntarily. 2. That Mr. LESLIE HARWOOD HESLOP, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company. N OTICE is hereby given that the Hobson County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a public work—namely, the making of a road—and for the purpose of such work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and that the plan of the said lands to be so taken is deposited in the Hobson County Office, Dargaville, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Hobson County Office, Dargaville.
