The Southern Side of Portion of a Road in the County of Clutha
exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of
November, 1936.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Clutha County Council on the twenty-seventh
day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six,
viz. :
"The Clutha County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the Clutha County, by reso-
lution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that portion of road adjoining part Section 10,
Block XXXVIII, Clutha District ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern
side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
The southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the
Otago Land District, County of Clutha, fronting part Sec-
tion 10, Block XXXVIII, Clutha Survey District. As the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 94109, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Borough of Richmond, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

November, 1936.

Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Richmond Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :
"That the Richmond Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the Borough of Richmond, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of Queen Street, on the north-eastern side of part Section 25, Waimea East District, Block VII, Waimea Survey District, marked A-B on the plan thereof and coloured red thereon ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Queen Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, known as Queen Street, fronting part Section 25, Waimea East District, Block VII, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94063, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Eastern Side of Portion of Gladstone Road, in the City of
Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of
November, 1936.

apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz.,β
"(a) The south-western side of portion of Carlyle Street
abutting on part Section 1, North-east Valley
Survey District ;
"(b) The eastern side of portion of Gladstone Road
abutting on part Section 1, North-east Valley
Survey District ;"
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of Carlyle Street, or fronting the
eastern side of the portion of Gladstone Road (described in
the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
The south-western side of all that portion of street, situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Carlyle
Street, fronting part Section 1, North-east Valley Survey
District.
Also the eastern side of all that portion of street, situated
in the said land district and city, known as Gladstone Road,
fronting part Section 1, North-east Valley Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 94097, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Trustees of Taupiri Public Cemetery appointed.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act,
1908, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
The Waikato County Council
to be trustees of the Taupiri Public Cemetery as described
in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and manage-
ment of the said cemetery.
SCHEDULE.
TAUPIRI PUBLIC CEMETERY.
SECTION 242, Komakora Parish, Auckland Land District :
Area, 5 acres 2 roods, more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 1st day of December, 1936.
