Defining the Middle-line of a further Portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway (Parnassus Northwards), (65 Miles to 73½ Miles).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway (Parnassus northwards) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in Section 1; Block XVIII, Hundalee Survey District, marked “ 65 miles” (which point is identical with the point marked “ 65 miles” on plan P.W.D. 81445 (sheet 2) mentioned in the Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 21st day of May, 1931, and registered as No. 378), and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 8½ miles, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Sections 1 and 16, Block XVIII, Hundalee Survey District ; Sections 9, 8, and 6 (Scenic Reserves); Section 2; Omihi Native Block part K 2 (Scenic Reserve); Native cemetery; Omihi Native Block K 1; Small Grazing-run 95, Block XV, Hundalee Survey District; Sections 5, J, 4, 6, and 2 (Scenic Reserves); Small Grazing-run 92, Block X, Hundalee Survey District; Sections 5 and 9 (Scenic Reserves); Whakauae Native Block 1, Section 8 (Scenic Reserve), Block XI, Hundalee Survey District; Crown land; Kie Kie Native Block part H; Sections 38, 40, 34, 33, and 24, Block VI, Hundalee Survey District; Kahutara Native Block “G,” Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District; and terminating at a point in the said Kahutara Native Block G marked 73½ miles; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Marlborough Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94151 (2 sheets), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1936.

Declaring Tidal Land to be a Reclamation Area in Block III, Whangarei Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare to be a reclamation area for the purposes of the said section the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected : 18 acres 1 rood.
Being Crown land.
Situated in Block III, Whangarei Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28399.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93684, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1936.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Cambridge Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
