A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Auckland—Helensville State Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing Auckland—Helensville State Highway opposite Lot 2, D.P. 6990, being part Te Horo Block, Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 28 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Lot 2, D.P. 6990, part Lot 1, D.P. 186, Lot 1, Block IV, D.P. 169, and Lot 6, Block I, D.P. 169, all being parts Te Horo Block, Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, and terminating at a point on Commercial Road, Helensville Town District, opposite Lot 5, Block I, D.P. 169; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94138, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block IV, Newcastle Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Taupiri—Morrisville Main Highway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing Taupiri—Morrisville Main Highway opposite the eastern corner of Section 54, Taupiri Township, Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 21 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Part Allotment 209, Komakorau Parish (D.P. 10576), part Lot 1, D.P. 8392, other part Allotment 209, Komakorau Parish, Lot 2, D.P. 21641, Railway land, Lots 1A, 1, and 2, Deeds Plan C. 76, and Lot 3, D.P. 8389, Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said Taupiri—Morrisville Main Highway opposite Section 33, Taupiri Township; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94350, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of December, 1936.
