Land in Otago Land District for Lease by Public Auction.

District Lands and Survey Office,

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land
will be offered for renewable lease by public auction
at the District Lands and Survey Office, Dunedin, on Thursday,
14th January, 1937, at 11 o'clock a.m., under the provisions
of the Land Act, 1924.

NOTE.—The attention of intending bidders is drawn to the
fact that the section is situated within the Otago Mining
District and is offered in terms of section 153 of the Land Act,
1924, which provides that no right to any mineral under the
surface shall pertain to the lessee, whose rights shall be to the
surface soil only.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a new certificate of title in the name of HERBERT
WILLIAM LLOYD DREWTT, of Paraparaumu, Farm
Labourer, for all that parcel of land containing 23·9 perches,
more or less, situate in Block III of the Kapiti Survey Dis-
trict, being part of Section 7 of Subdivision 3 of the Ngarara
West B Block, and being also Lot 59 on deposited plan
No. 4828, and being the balance of the land comprised in
certificate of title, Vol. 277, folio 145 (Wellington Registry),
and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of
the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will
issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

as requested at the expiration of one month from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.
