THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 78

  1. The price of oranges in the localities mentioned in the First Schedule hereto when sold by way of sale by wholesale shall not exceed thirty-two shillings and sixpence (32s. 6d.) per case.

  2. In respect of all other localities in the Dominion the price of oranges when sold by way of sale by wholesale shall not exceed thirty-two shillings and sixpence (32s. 6d.) per case together with the usual transport charges in the locality mentioned in the First Schedule hereto nearest to that other locality as well as such incidental charges (including commission) as may be usual.

  3. Notwithstanding anything in the provisions of the last preceding clause hereof, this Order in Council shall not apply to the locality mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto.

  4. The price of oranges in the localities mentioned in the First Schedule hereto when sold by way of sale by retail shall not exceed—One shilling (1s.) for four (4) oranges of 150 count per case; one shilling (1s.) for five (5) oranges of 176, 200, and 216 count per case; one shilling (1s.) for six (6) oranges of 226 and 252 count per case; one shilling (1s.) for seven (7) oranges of 288 and 300 count per case.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

The City of Wellington; and the Boroughs of Eastbourne, Lower Hutt, and Petone. The City of Christchurch; and the Boroughs of Kaiapoi, Lyttelton, New Brighton, Rangiora, Riccarton, and Sumner. The City of Dunedin; and the Boroughs of Green Island, Mosgiel, Port Chalmers, St. Kilda, and West Harbour; the District of Sawyers Bay; and the Peninsula County.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

The City of Auckland; the Boroughs of Birkenhead, Devonport, Northcote, Takapuna, New Lynn, Newmarket, Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, and Otahuhu; the Town Districts of Ellerslie, Glen Eden, Henderson, Howick, Manurewa, Papakura, Papatoetoe; the Road Districts of Mount Roskill and Mount Wellington; and all other places within a radius of twenty-one miles from the Auckland Central Post Office.
