DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto existing between us the undersigned GEORGE FREDERICK PARKER and JAMES HENRY WHYNN GRIFFITH, carrying on business as Theatre-proprietors, of Wellington, under the style or firm name of “Rivoli Theatre Company,” has been dissolved as from Friday, the 13th day of November, 1936, by mutual consent.
All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and payable at the offices of Messrs. Barnett and Barnett, Public Accountants, Featherston Chambers, Featherston Street, Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the members of the above-named company has been summoned for the purpose of passing a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 21 Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 24th day of November, 1936, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of HAMPTON COURT, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution was passed at a meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, the 12th November, 1936:—
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. J. W. HYLAND, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d. increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
