A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Hawera Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in the Opouawe Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 33 acres 0 roods 17 perches. Being portion of Lot 2, D.P. 1126, and being part Section 160, Awhea Block. Situated in Block III, Opouawe Survey District. (S.O. 3105.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93931, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of November, 1936.
