At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of November, 1936.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for police and other Government purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing 24 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve No. 219, Town of Kumara, Block XII, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 6/7/182, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in Block XII, Motueka Survey District, Nelson Land District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of November, 1936.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of a reserve duly set apart for public utility: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for an addition to a public school site:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for public utility to a reserve for an addition to a public school site.

SCHEDULE.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing 5 acres 2 roods 2 perches, more or less, and being part of Section 82, “Moutere Hills,” Block XII, Motueka Survey District, bounded towards the north by a public road, 1050·4 links; towards the east and south by the other part of Section 82, 524·9 links and 1050·4 links respectively; and towards the west by Section 23, a public school site, 524·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under L. and S. 6/6/144A, and thereon edged red.

to be the Governor’s Bay Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Allandale Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette of the ninth day of April of that year, and doth hereby appoint

The Member of the Waitaki County Council representing the Moeraki Riding, ex officio,
