Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 3·8 perches.
Being portion of O.L.C. 129.
Situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28415.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93957, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of November, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Timaru as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Napier-Wellington via Wairarapa Main Highway, Woodville County Division (now No. 30 Napier-Palmerston North State Highway).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Napier-Wellington via Wairarapa Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Napier-Wellington via Wairarapa Main Highway opposite Subdivision 1B, Sections 3 and 4A, Oringi-Waiaruhe Block, Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 42 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Railway land and Subdivisions 1B Sections 3 and 4D, and 1B Sections 3 and 4B, Oringi-Waiaruhe Block, Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said Napier-Wellington via Wairarapa Main Highway approximately 1 chain south of the southern bank of the Orouakeretaki Stream; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Hawke’s Bay Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93898, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of November, 1936.
