Classification of Roads in Vincent County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Robert Semple, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Vincent County Council’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in the Vincent County.
SCHEDULE.
VINCENT COUNTY.
ROADS classified in Class Three : Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 10 tons :—
Timaru–Queenstown via Tekapo and Lindis Pass Main Highway No. 119 (all that portion within Vincent County).
Palmerston–Queenstown via Becks Main Highway No. 124 (all that portion within Vincent County).
Cromwell–Luggate Main Highway No. 125.
Clarksville–Springvale Main Highway No. 127 (all that portion within Vincent County).

Classification of Roads in Selwyn County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Robert Semple, Minister of Transport, do hereby alter the Selwyn County Council’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in the Selwyn County, and do hereby approve such altered classification as set forth in the said Schedule.
