Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Block V, Town of Tokaanu, Wellington Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is duly set apart for a hot-springs reserve:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a hot-springs reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 1, Block V, Town of Tokaanu: Area, 57 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less.

Consenting to Land being taken for the Purposes of a Street and in connection with Street-widening at Jackson Street, in the Borough of Petone, subject to and with the benefit of certain Rights.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the First Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a street subject to and with the benefit of the rights relating to party-walls created by a deed dated the eighteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, between Richard Walton Short and Daniel George Fraser of the one part and Alfred Butland of the other part and by Memorandum of Transfer registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as No. 78683; and to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto being taken in connection with street-widening, subject to and with the benefit of the aforesaid rights.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken for the purposes of a street: 4·51 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 57, and part Lot 6, D.P. 948, being portion of land on D.P. 8502, being part Section 5, Hutt R.D.; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken in connection with street-widening: 25·73 perches.
Being parts Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 57, being part Section 5, Hutt R.D.; coloured purple.

All situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 3163.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93326, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Consenting to Land being taken for the Purpose of a Secondary School in the City of Christchurch subject to certain Interests.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of October, 1936.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a secondary school, subject to a certain easement created thereover by Outstanding Deed of Conveyance registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 122646.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 24·6 perches.
Being part Town Section 347, shown on D.P. 7588.

Situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.), (City of Christchurch).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92254, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
