Amending an Order in Council relating to an Aerodrome-site at New Plymouth.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of October, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him by the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend in the manner and to the extent set forth in the Schedule hereto the Order in Council dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, consenting to the acquisition of an additional area for an aerodrome by the New Plymouth Borough Council, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
THE Schedule to the Order in Council above described is cancelled, and the following substituted :-
First, all that piece of land situate in the Land Registration District of Taranaki containing one hundred and eight acres three roods thirty-seven perches (108 acres 3 roods 37 perches), be the same a little more or less, being parts of Sections seventy-three (73), seventy-seven (77), seventy-eight B (78B), and seventy-nine (79) on the public maps of the Waitara West District (Blocks II and III, Paritutu Survey District), and being parts of the land comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 139, folio 85, Volume 22, folio 101, and Volume 76, folio 211 (Taranaki Registry) :
Secondly, all that piece of land situate as aforesaid containing one acre three roods twenty-one decimal five perches (1 acre 3 roods 21·5 perches), be the same a little more or less, being part of the bed of the Mangateranoho Stream adjoining the land firstly hereinbefore described :
Thirdly, all that piece of land situate as aforesaid containing seven acres one rood thirty-seven perches (7 acres 1 rood 37 perches), be the same a little more or less, being part of the Kaipakopako No. 1 Block on the public maps of the Waitara West District (Block III, Paritutu Survey District), and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 139, folio 230 (Taranaki Registry) :
Fourthly, all that piece of land situate as aforesaid containing one acre three roods twenty-one decimal five perches (1 acre 3 roods 21·5 perches), be the same a little more or less, being part of the bed of the Mangateranoho Stream adjoining the land thirdly hereinbefore described.

Appointment of Members of Court of Review.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections eleven and thirteen of the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Ralph Searle Chadwick, Esquire, and
Alfred Coleman, Esquire,
to be members of the Court of Review (other than the Judge thereof) constituted under the aforesaid Act, to hold office until the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Authorizing the Exchange of Reserves in Town of Redwoodtown, Marlborough Land District, for other Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of October, 1936.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are reserves for public utility purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the said lands should be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, which the Governor-General deems at least of equal value and more suitable for the purposes of a reserve:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE EXCHANGED.
Marlborough Land District.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 39 perches, being Lot 18 on the plan of the Town of Redwoodtown Subdivision No. 3, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Blenheim as No. 965.
Also all that area containing 1 rood 10·9 perches, being Lot 11 on the plan of the Town of Redwoodtown Subdivision No. 4, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Blenheim as No. 1055.
Also all that area containing 1 rood 9 perches, being Lot 9 on the plan of the Town of Redwoodtown Extension No. 5, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Blenheim as No. 1121.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
Marlborough Land District.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 21·4 perches, being Lot 8 on the plan of the Town of Redwoodtown Subdivision No. 6, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Blenheim as No. 1291.

Authorizing James Hill, of Kawhia Road, Te Awamutu, Farmer, to use Water for the Purpose of generating Electricity.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of October, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby grant to James Hill, of Kawhia Road, Te Awamutu, Farmer (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”), a license subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth to obstruct, impound, or divert the waters of Mangarewarewa Stream situated in Section 5c 2d 1, Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and to take and use therefrom for the purposes hereinafter set forth a stream of water not exceeding three and one-half cubic feet per second at any one time.
CONDITIONS.
- IMPLIED CONDITIONS.
THE conditions directed to be implied in all licenses by the Water-power Regulations, 1934, shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this license except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
