Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks IX and X, Tihirangi Survey District, Waitemata County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tihirangi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Ongo Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 1 rood 30-7 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lot 30, D.P. 1047, of part Section 36, Block V; Section 1, Block IX; Section 3, Block VI; Lot 9, D.P. 286, part Hapopo Block, Block IX; and part Lot 2, D.P. 3449, part Hapopo Block, Block VI.

Situated in Ongo Survey District. (S.O. 3131.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93292, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1936.

Land in the North Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been disposed of by way of sale for cash, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALLOTMENT 114, Otan Parish, Block XI, Opahoke Survey District: Area, 131 acres 3 roods 24 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of October, 1936.

Land in the Westland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto (being land heretofore held on renewable lease tenure) has been disposed of by way of sale on deferred payments and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 3387, Block VI, Kaniere Survey District: Area, 25 acres 1 rood.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of October, 1936.
