Land taken for the Purposes of River-works in Blocks VII and VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of river-works, and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Rivers Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1936.

Land taken for Drainage Purposes at Charlotte Avenue, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·3 perches. Being a strip of land adjoining Lot 121, D.P. 1004, and being part Section 13, Ohiro R.D.
Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington. (S.O. 3129.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93675, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1936.

Stopping Government Road in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
