Commissioner of the Supreme Court appointed.

NOTICE.

ERIC REGINALD WALLIS CALDWELL, Esquire, of Young, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, has this day been appointed by the Honourable Sir John Ranken Reed, Acting Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in New South Wales under the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Great Barrier Island County taken on the 19th day of September, 1936, on the proposal of the Great Barrier Island County Council to borrow the sum of £500 for the purpose of the building of a wharf in Blind Bay Harbour, Great Barrier Island, and costs incidental thereto,—
