Abolishing the Southland Electric-power District in Terms of the Southland Electric-power Supply Act, 1936.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of October, 1936.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section eight of the Southland Electric-power Supply Act, 1936, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that on the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the Southland Electric-power District shall be abolished and the Southland Electric-power Board dissolved.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Town of Picton, Marlborough Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for public utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 464 and 465, Town of Picton: Area, 2 roods 7 perches, more or less, being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 3, folio 55 (Marlborough Land Registry).

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Momahaki Survey District, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a public landing-place over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 12, Block XIV, Momahaki Survey District: Area, 9 acres 2 roods 16 perches. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/9/62, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Rotorua of Part of a Cemetery Reserve.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of an area vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Rotorua (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation") in trust for cemetery purposes in pursuance of section five of the Rotorua Borough Act, 1922 :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting in the Corporation of the land described in the Schedule hereto should be cancelled, and the Corporation has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928; doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Corporation of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Borough of Rotorua, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 9 perches, more or less, being part Section 11, Block I, Tarawera Survey District (Cemetery Reserve, Gazette, 1908, page 3093), bounded towards the north of other part Section 11 aforesaid ; towards the south-east and south by Section 15, Block I aforesaid ; and towards the west by Nursery Avenue. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/34551, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1936.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve vested in the Waipa County Council for a municipal reserve:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Waipa County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Waipa County Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALLOTMENT 192, Ngaroto Parish, Block X, Hamilton Survey District: Area, 14 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less.
