Additional Land at Kawiti taken for the Purposes of the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway to take further land at Kawiti in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 7 acres 0 roods 11 perches.
Portion of Motatau No. 4q Block, Block XIV, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County. (S.O. 28643, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4332, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Goodwood in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Hawksbury Survey District, Waihemo County. (S.O.P. 200, Rly.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4369, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and violet.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1936.
