ERRATUM.—In the heading and Schedule to the Proclamation dated 26th August, 1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 63 of 24th September, 1936, at page 1775, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block IV, Karikari Survey District, read “Karikari” in lieu of “Kerikeri.”

Additional Land at Mahia taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Mahia in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 7·3 perches. Part Lot 14, D.P. 15915, portion of Allotment 11, Papakura Parish, Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Manurewa Town District. (S.O. 28651, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4333, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of September, 1936.
