NOTICE is hereby given that a first and final dividend of 4s. 2·7d. in the pound on all proved and admitted claims has been declared and is available for payment at the office of the District Public Trustee, Auckland.

THE AERO PURA CO., LTD.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of THE AERO PURA CO., LTD.

AT the special meeting of the members of the above-named company duly held and convened at the registered office of the company, 140A Hereford Street, Christchurch, on the 7th day of September, 1936, the following special resolution was passed :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that as the company has ceased its operations it is advisable to wind up same, and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the said meeting WALTER ROBERT OLLIVER, of Christchurch, Solicitor, was appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of J. MYERS AND CO., LTD.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order was made by the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington on the 21st day of September, 1936, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above company from £53,016 to £31,809 12s. and approving the following minute to be registered at the office of the Registrar of Companies at Wellington :—

“The capital of J. Myers and Co., Ltd., henceforth is £31,809 12s. divided into 53,016 shares of 12s. each instead of the capital of £53,016 divided into 53,016 shares of £1 each, and at the time of registration of this minute the sum of 12s. per share has been and is deemed to be paid up on each of the said shares. Such reduction shall be effected by cancelling £21,206 of the capital of the company as lost or unrepresented by available assets.”
