CROWN LANDS NOTICES.
Land in Hawke’s Bay Land District forfeited.
NOTICE is hereby given that the interests of the lessee in the undermentioned land have been declared forfeit by resolution of the Hawke’s Bay Land Board, and the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Settlement Land in North Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.
North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 29th September, 1936.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925; and applications will be received at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, 16th November, 1936.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 18th November, 1936, at 10 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Waitemata County.—Waari Hamlet.
SECTION 69: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 34 perches. Capital value, £200; half-yearly rent, £5.
Weighted with £412 for improvements, consisting of six-roomed dwelling and washhouse, 16 chains of road and boundary fencing, 1½ acres grubbed and cleared, &c. This amount may be paid in cash or after payment of a cash deposit of £12 the balance may be secured on mortgage to the State Advances Corporation for a term of twenty-five years with interest at the rate chargeable as at date of selection. Instalments, comprising principal and interest combined, are payable quarterly, and the costs of preparation and registration of mortgage, amounting to £3 1s., are payable by the successful applicant.
This section is situated on Sunnyside Road, one mile and a half from Henderson School and Post-office and half a mile from Sunnyvale Railway-station; access by good metalled road. Undulating to hilly land, subdivided into two paddocks, all more or less ploughable, but about 3½ acres infested with scrub and gorse. The area comprises poor quality clay soil; watered by swampy stream.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on optional tenures under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 o’clock a.m. on Tuesday, 27th October, 1936.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Thursday, 29th October, 1936, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.

Rotorua County.—Rotoiti Survey District.
