the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the assignment to Rawene Motors, Limited, being a private company incorporated or deemed to be incorporated under the Companies Act, 1933, and having its registered office at Rawene, by Paul Spender, of Rawene, of his rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, as amended by a further Order in Council dated the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-third day of the same month, authorizing Paul Spender to erect electric lines in portion of the Rawene Town District.

Consenting to the Establishment and Maintenance of an Aerodrome by the Timaru Borough Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of September, 1936.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him by the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Timaru Borough Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Hutt County Council
to be the Korau Park Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at four o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Council Offices, Bowen House, Bowen Street, Wellington, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
KORAU PARK DOMAIN.—WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34·81 perches, more or less, being part of Section 71, Hutt Registration District, Block X, Belmont Survey District, and being Lot 235 on plan 8382 (Town of Korau Extension No. 5), deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and bordered green.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 16·57 perches, more or less, being part of Section 73, Hutt Registration District, Block X, Belmont Survey District, and being Lot 27 on plan 8248 (Town of Korau Extension No. 1), deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and bordered green.
