SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street,
situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of
Upper Hutt, known as Fortune Lane, fronting part
Section 94, Hutt R.D., Block I, Rimutaka Survey
District.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of the
said street fronting part Section 94, Hutt R.D., Block I,
Rimutaka Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 93257, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Streets in the Borough of Napier
of Widths less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of
September, 1936.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1928, the Municipal Corporations
Act, 1933, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in
this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby authorize the Napier Borough Council to permit the
laying-off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule
hereto of widths less than sixty-six feet, but not less than
fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of
a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting
the said streets within a distance of thirty-five feet from the
centre-lines of the said streets.
SCHEDULE.
FIRST, that proposed street in the Hawke's Bay Land District,
Borough of Napier, containing by admeasurement 30·1 perches,
more or less, being parts Lots 3 and 6, D.P. 6187, being part
Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block, and coloured red and blue on
plan marked P.W.D. 92937.
Secondly, those proposed streets in the said land district
and borough, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods
24·1 perches, more or less, being parts Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 6187,
being part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block, and parts Section 10R,
Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, and coloured red and
yellow on plan marked P.W.D. 92938.
Thirdly, those proposed streets in the said land district and
borough, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods
23 perches, more or less, being parts Lot 2, D.P. 6187, being
part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block, and coloured red on plan
marked P.W.D. 92939.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans
marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

The Southern Side of Portion of New Street in the City of Nelson,
exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of
September, 1936.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the twenty-
seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
six, viz.:—
"The Nelson City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets of the City of Nelson, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the southern side of New Street, adjoining part
Section 220, City of Nelson, marked A-B and coloured red
on plan";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern
side of the portion of New Street (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street in the Nelson
Land District, City of Nelson, know as New Street, fronting
part Section 220, City of Nelson. As the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93349,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Bruce Bay Public Hall
Board.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of
September, 1936.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
was by Warrant dated the fourteenth day of April,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in
Gazette of the sixteenth day of that month, permanently
reserved for a site for a public hall: And whereas it is ex-
pedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested
in a special Board as hereinafter provided:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby vest the control of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto, for the period of five
years from the date hereof (unless previously amended or
revoked under the said Act), in the undermentioned persons,
namely,—
William Koeti Bannister,
Daniel James McLaren,
William Russel Wilson,
Harold Cole,
Francis Patrick Stuart, and
Alan Edgar Wogan,
who are hereby constituted for that purpose a special Board
by the name of the Bruce Bay Public Hall Board (hereinafter
referred to as "the Board"), with the powers and subject
to the conditions hereinafter contained, that is to say:—
- The first meeting of the Board shall be held on
Wednesday, the twenty-third day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-six, at eight o'clock p.m., at Bruce
Bay Public Hall, and thereafter the Board shall meet for the
transaction of business at the said hall on the third Thursday
in each alternative month, commencing from the nineteenth
day of November, or at such other time or place as may from
time to time be fixed by the Board. - The members of the Board shall at their first meeting,
and thereafter at the annual meeting hereinafter mentioned,
elect one of themselves to be Chairman, who may join in the
discussion and shall have an original as well as a casting vote.
The Chairman shall hold office until the election of his suc-
cessor. - Special meetings may be convened by the Chairman,
provided that two days' notice of any such meeting is given
to each member, specifying the business to be transacted at
such special meeting; and no other business than that so
specified shall be transacted at such meeting. - Any three members of the Board shall form a quorum.
Any meeting may be adjourned from time to time.
